Ingredients Always an open heart filled with love and gratitude
3 large Beetroots
1 Tsp of Celtic sea salt use 2 tsp if you have no whey protein
1 cup of Whey protein
Approx 11/2 liters of filtered water
- Peel and cut beetroots into quarters and place in 2 liters glass container with a good seal.
- Add the salt and whey and fill to the top with filtered water. Leave at room temperature for 24 hrs and then place in fridge.
- A glass first thing in the morning is a great way to stimulate the digestive system and take in a quality probiotic
