I love what I do, and just when I thought my job was as good as it gets, ~ it just keeps getting better and better!
Some of you may, or may not, know I’m a regular contributor to a wonderful magazine titled, Good Organic Gardening, and I love it!
When they asked me last year to join their team as The Organic Chef, I jumped at the opportunity.
This magazine is in alignment with the philosophies I teach that stem from the fact that our nutrition and well being is determined by the soils our fruit and vegetables come from, as well as what the animals we eat, eat themselves.
I’m so proud to contribute to this wonderful magazine, the content and the ethos are truly first class. I love the horticultural experts and the engaging stories, and we’re all committed to organic produce and being able to show how families can do it themselves, in their own back yard.
My garden to table passion is fulfilled by being able to create seasonal and delicious recipes for each edition. Within each recipe section we are taught how to grow the particular seasonal vegetables. So cool. Between you and me, I can share that we have amazing and exciting, ground breaking plans for what we’re going to do next and where we’re taking this magazine!
