Today our hero ingredient is Papaya.
The Papaya is a rich source of calcium, magnesium, potassium, Vit C, and beta-carotene. Excellent for aiding digestion, soothing intestinal inflammation and gas, and generally a good detoxifying with anti parasitic and anti cancer properties .

Salad Recipes: Chard, Spring Onion, Papaya, Avocado And Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 bunch of Swiss chard washed (or spinach or silverbeet), remove center vein and finely shredded the leaves.
- 4 shallots washed and finely chopped
- ½ medium papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium avocado chopped
- 2tbsp. olive oil
- Juice of one fresh orange
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tbsp. of toasted sesame seeds
- Pinch of Celtic sea salt
Combine the olive oil, orange juice together and combine with Swiss chard, allow the chard to soften and marinate for about 10 minutes. Combine the shallots, papaya, avocado, lime juice and salt together and then combine with shredded chard. Serve on platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds
