Oven Baked Kale Chips
1 bunch of kale, washed and thoroughly dried
1 tsp. mixed Cajun spice
1 tbsp. of melted coconut oil
Make sure the kale is completely dry and then cut the leaves off the vine into smaller pieces.
Place in a bowl and toss the leaves through he coconut oil and then sprinkle with the Cajun spices.
Lay out on a lined baking try as shown and bake at 370 degrees for 12 minutes or until crispy
